Wow! What a great job ProClean Power Washing of Sarasota did for my home. We live in Lake Sarasota right next to the Frisbee golf course and the elementary schools so we have lots of road traffic that sends dirt and dust flying along with our wooden fences being molded we needed a good company to take care of our property. All of our properties needed to be cleaned and Nate took care of that for us and did a wonderful job. He responded with a quote right away that was very reasonable. He showed up on time. He finished the whole job in one day and did the best job I’ve seen yet and we have had others do the same work and not finish and be reliable. Pro Clean showed up at scheduled time. They Co mpleted the jobs in a timely manner. Most importantly, jobs were done right and no mess left behind.

I wasn't sure whether my roof would get clean again... so much
staining from the trees, leaves, etc. Nathanial was on the case, right on time, and the roof was like brand new... he also cleaned the house beautifully, and the pool area is clean as a whistle. I'm impressed!

This is the 2nd year I have used these guys. The mold on my roof was to the point that I could harvest it. Last year took off most it not all but at the price, I wanted them to come back for a safety application and also to wash my log home. By washing my home every year to get rid of the pollen, I can extend re-coating by years. Good product and fair rate

Then they went to work on the outer walls of our lake cottage. On the lake we end up getting a lot of insect debris under the over hangs and in any corners. My wife and I are always happy when the are finished and we will continue to use them on an annual basis.

We had very large amount of pavers installed at our house a few years ago. Over the course of these years white spots appeared on many of the pavers and all the colors seem to have faded. Didn't look terrible, they just didn't look at all like when they had been put in.
Proclean came, and for a price considerably less than other quotes, leveled out the uneven pavers, scrubbed and pressure washed everything, resealed them, and they look brand new.
They also came exactly when they said they were going to, notified us while they were on the way, and were even gracious about a rescheduling that had to happen the day before the original date.
We unhesitatingly recommend them to anybody considering this service.
